SolarTaxi Company Limited is an innovative ride-hailing platform serviced solely by electric vehicles, dedicated to providing clean and quiet commutes. We are at the forefront of realizing a vision of clean, green transportation. We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize financial data, ensuring integrity and accuracy
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in financial datasets
- Develop and implement data models and statistical techniques for actionable insights
- Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis for business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data analysis needs
- Create informative reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and finance
- Participate in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (financial statements, ratios, valuation methods, risk management)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience or coursework in data analysis or finance is a plus
